See how each home actually stacks up.
After a few showings, homes start to blur together. Score each one against your own must-haves and nice-to-haves to see which actually fits — not just which one you remember most fondly.

Combined score weights must-haves at 70% and nice-to-haves at 30%. This is a planning aid, not a substitute for how a home actually feels in person.
Inputs
- Define your list of must-haves and nice-to-haves once (reusable across homes).
- For each home toured: check off which must-haves and nice-to-haves it meets, plus a 1–5 overall rating.
How it works
- Must-have match % = (must-haves met ÷ total must-haves) × 100.
- Nice-to-have match % = (nice-to-haves met ÷ total nice-to-haves) × 100.
- Combined score = weighted average (must-haves weighted higher, e.g., 70/30 split).
What you'll see
